We ensure our clients are 100% confidentof their selection before making a purchase decision, by communicating to them and providing detailed information including the images and the video about the artwork(s) as per equipment. We also maintain highquality packaging to make sure that the artworks reach you in good condition. Since our collection comprises mostly of unique creation of artwork, packing and shipping are complex because the items are fragile or heavy, we are unable to allow returns.
However, in the highly unlikely event that an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will make things fixed by finding an acceptable solution. This may include repair, exchange, or in some cases, return of the damaged item.We are proud to say that since inception, we have not had a single client disappointed with their purchase, and have had no requests for return yet.
Refunds can only be possible if your order is cancelled before the item has been shipped. In this, we will refund your money within 14-15 working days.
